Here's a bike that we helped create for local rider Geoff Spencer. It was built on the cheap for Geoff to use in the New Era Thunderbike Series. Geoff won a few races on the Triumph T595/955I combination.

Although the bike was down on power and ground clearance, we managed to close the gap on the TL1000s by capitalising on the handling of the bike, and also making it as light as possible. Gaining much more power was out of the question as the cost would be too high. We expect Geoff to take delivery of a TL1000 for the latter part of the season to help his championship chances further.

Three championships entered, three championships won ! The Lowes brothers go from strength to strengh with countless top 3 finishes. Our tuning work has provided them with usable horsepower with excellent reliability.
These boys are set for a full season of nationals.

Here's one of our winter projects, an XL250 ...

It's amazing just how serious things can get in the name of fun and off-season training!

Here's the XL250's big brother a bored out XBR 500 motor squeezed into a much braced and lowered XL250 chassis. Both these bikes were built for our local winter sand race series and became very successful gaining many class wins.

One of our own CR500 Super Moto bikes.

As interest has grown in recent years in the sport we have found ourselves becoming more involved. We can offer a complete conversion service from wheels and brakes down to the last spacer. To complement this conversion we offer an excellent tuning package which combines great mid-range torque with amazing rideability. Development in this bike is on-going where others may have left off.

Our wheels are manufactured using standard CR hubs, new or refurbished by abrasive blast cleaning after which a specialist metallic coating is applied, which remains easy to clean. All bearings are then checked and replaced as necessary. The hubs are then laced with stainless steel spokes to San Remo rims. It is recommended that a hub of 36 spoke holes is used to cope with stresses encountered.

Here's one of our typical brake set-ups, combining a 320mm disc with Nissin 2 piston caliper coupled with one of our own carriers, manufactured from high-grade alluminium alloy. We favour this set-up over the 4 piston as it is lighter and gives more feel when coupled with standard CR master cylinder. This also alleviates clearance problems encountered when using many 4 piston calipers. We feel that this brake is more than adequate when using good quality brake pads.
